Antal Deutsch, Professor, PhD from McGill. Tony Deutsch says he “came to McGill in 1959 as a graduate student and never really left.” His research interests include pension plans, social security, taxes, and economic transformation. He is currently adviser to the Hungarian government, and has recently lectured on pension reform in China.
