The United Nations Environment Programme on Thursday rolled out an Internet-based forum that will let countries and cities swap ideas on how to drastically reduce or offset greenhouse gas emissions. Costa Rica, Iceland, New Zealand and Norway helped found the new Climate Neutral Network, and on Thursday they were joined in their pledges to strive for climate neutrality by Monaco as well as by four cities and five companies.
